Freeserve Mobile Guides

A series of interactive Flash guides was designed to help mobile users connect to the Internet via WAP.

The guides allowed users to follow each step shown online and replicate it on their own mobile device, in their own time.

Thanks to their use of detailed animations, voice-overs and a key attention to usability, the online guides helped increase usage of the Freeserve WAP portal by 23% in 2001.
